For first-time orders
STEP 1.
The first step is to create an account. Please enter your customer information using the Google Form below. Please note that there is only one registration per student. Even if you have siblings, one registration is required for each person. Please be sure to enter the required fields such as the student's name, date of birth, classroom, and allergies.

Once you have submitted the account creation form, you will receive an order site link, ID, and password via email within 2 days.
STEP 3.
Please log in to "MY ACCOUNT" on the website below and proceed with your order. Once your order is complete, please pay by credit card. The Ship to address will be the same as your billing address, but the delivery address will be the classroom specified by MST.

まずはアカウントの作成からとなります。 下記のGoogle Formよりお客様情報の入力をお願いします。 生徒おひとり様につき、１登録となりますのでご注意ください。兄弟姉妹がいらっしゃる場合もおひとり様につき、1登録となります。 生徒のお名前、生年月日、クラスルーム、アレルギーなど必須項目は必ずご入力お願いします。
アカウント作成はこちらSTEP 2.
アカウント作成フォームをご提出いただきましたら、ご注文サイトのリンク・ID・パスワードが2日以内にメールで届きます。
STEP 3.
下記、ITADAKIMASUのWebサイトの「MY ACCOUNT」よりログインいただきまして、ご注文にすすんでいただければと思います。ご注文が完了しましたら、クレジットカードにて決済をお願いします。 Ship toアドレスはご請求先住所と同じ住所が表示されますが、配達先はMSTのご指定いただいたクラスルームとなります。
